Blepharoplasty

This very frequent intervention removes the excess skin and surplus fatty tissue of the upper and lower eyelids. It may correct a tired or sad appearance. Immediately after the intervention (usually performed under local anesthesia on an outpatient basis), the eyes appear more open, the face appears more attractive and younger. If the tissue excess is more widespread, it is judicious to combine a face lift with the blepharoplasties.
