Augmenter le volume des seins par la pose d’un implant, voilà une
opération de chirurgie très simple… et pourtant l’un des plus beaux
résultats de la chirurgie esthétique! Les cicatrices sont discrètes,
cachées le plus souvent sous le sein, ou autour de l’aréole si la
poitrine est de petite taille. L’opération, de courte durée, se
pratique sous anesthésie générale.
Diminuer des seins trop volumineux peut changer la vie et redonner une
vraie liberté de mouvement.Avec le temps, après une grossesse ou un
régime, les seins (petits ou gros) peuvent aussi s’affaisser. Une
