Food intolerances test

Food intolerances are responsible for various dermatological, respiratory, gynecological, autoimmune, and psychosomatic symptoms and pathologies resulting from the accumulation of specific substances that the organism does not assimilate. It is, therefore, important to detect these intolerances in order to avoid the development of inflammatory problems or daily discomfort.

Effects of food intolerances

  •  Allergic diseases (asthma, eczema, gingivitis, rhinitis)
  •  Gastrointestinal disorders
  •  Urticaria, dermatitis, acne, psoriasis
  •  Migraines, dizziness
  •  Metabolic dysfunction
  •  Constipation, diarrhea
  •  Ulcers
  •  Arthritis, osteoarthritis
  •  Hypo-hyperactivity
  •  Hypertension, tachycardia, spasms
  •  Renal failure
  •  Vaginal infections
  •  Epilepsy

Detect your food intolerances

The test we offer at the Clinique Lémanic is complete, fast and reliable and allows, thanks to a blood sample, to bring the patient's leukocytes into contact with a wide range of food substances. After an accurate analysis and highlighting of intolerances, our specialist will develop a plan of personalized solutions to detoxify the body and gradually allow the reintroduction of food.

A tailored support

Conducted by our specialist in Nutri-Detox, our program includes:

  •  Testing and analysis of food intolerances
  •  Elimination of toxic substances
  •  The development of the adapted menus, according to the detected intolerances
  •  The gradual reintroduction of food into the diet

The difference between food intolerance and food allergy

It is important to distinguish between food allergy and food intolerance.

Food allergy is the tip of the iceberg. It results from a specific hypersensitivity to a substance foreign to the organism. Repeated consumption of certain foods or their components triggers an antigen-antibody reaction. The manifestation is immediate and externalized: from simple urticaria to respiratory or cardiac arrest, through strong digestive disorders, vomiting or diarrhea.   On the other hand, during a food intolerance, the submerged part of the iceberg, the effects are more discreet and often delayed. Migraines, digestive disorders and diseases, ENT infections, skin diseases, rheumatism, etc..

Important to know: a food allergy test does not detect intolerances that detected by our cytotoxic test.
